Constructed from high-quality cast aluminum right here in the USA, this heavy duty transmission pan from Mag-Hytec keeps your transmission remarkably cooler than your stock pan. This dramatic increase in heat dissipation happens for three reasons: First, the cast aluminum deals with heat in a vastly better manner than the stock steel pan. Second, Mag-Hytec designed the pan with internal heat sink fins as well as external cooling fins--a winning combination of oil cooling capability! Third, this pan holds way more fluid than stock. Cool, dense fluid is always a good way to keep temperatures under control.
Mag-Hytec also went to work to make sure this pan comes with a host of other features. To keep your fluid clean, the pan comes standard with a magnetic drain plug--designed to pull harmful ferrous metal particles right out of the oil long before they have any chance of hurting your transmission.
