Longhorn Fab Shop 1-1/4"-12 Weld-In Bungs Set of 4

If you're building heavy-duty traction bars, suspension links, or other custom fabrication projects, these Longhorn Fab Shop 1-1/4"-12 Weld-In Bungs provide the threaded connection points needed for a strong, adjustable setup. Designed to work with Longhorn Fab Shop professional-grade rod ends and other 1-1/4"-12 threaded rod ends, they help create a clean, durable assembly that can be adjusted as needed.

This set includes two left-hand thread weld-in bungs with matching jam nuts and two right-hand thread weld-in bungs with matching jam nuts. The left-hand bungs feature a grooved ring for easy identification during installation. These bungs are designed to fit 1.5" Schedule 80 A36 structural pipe or tubing with an inside diameter larger than 1.500" and an outside diameter smaller than 2.250".

Each bung has a 2" overall diameter, while the portion that slides into the tube or pipe measures 1.470" in diameter. Built for use with larger 1-1/4"-12 rod ends, these weld-in bungs are a great choice for custom suspension, traction bar, and fabrication projects that require a strong, adjustable threaded connection.
