Unlike conventional lift kits that sacrifice clearance and articulation, the EVO MFG High Clearance Long Arm System relocates the control arm mounts higher on the frame and axle to create flatter control arm angles and dramatically improved underbody clearance. The result is smoother ride quality on the street, exceptional wheel travel off-road, and increased durability in rocky terrain.

Designed specifically for Diesel JLU (Jeep EcoDiesel) and Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 JLU models, this kit requires no exhaust cutting and uses precision-engineered brackets that align with existing factory holes for accurate positioning during installation. Once bolted in place, the brackets are welded to the frame for maximum strength and long-term reliability.

Long Arm Construction

All EVO MFG lower long arms are built from heavy-duty 2.0-inch DOM steel tubing with thick wall construction for exceptional strength and resistance to bending. Each arm is equipped with Currie Johnny Joints on both ends, providing smooth articulation and reduced bind without the limitations of conventional rubber bushings.

• ENVY Billet Aluminum Lower Arms
  CNC-machined billet aluminum links with replaceable steel skid plates, available in raw aluminum or gold anodized finishes.

Shock Options

The EVO3015DK package includes EVO-spec King 2.5" Remote Reservoir shocks for all four corners, providing race-proven damping performance and excellent control on and off the trail.

The kit can also be installed using:

• Factory shocks with optional shock extension kits
• Aftermarket 2.5-inch lift shocks of your choice

Track Bar Requirements

An adjustable front track bar is required for proper installation and axle centering. PLUS ("P") kits include both front and rear adjustable track bars.
